Welcome to the Oklahoma Scholastic Art Awards

Creativity is a precious current that moves silently but powerfully, through our society. The Alliance remains committed to emerging artists and writers because "becoming" is the toughest challenge our youth face. Because "emerging" as an artist takes time, tenacity and timeliness, we offer them a haven where they can develop as artists and writers.

The Alliance is building a vibrant community to support the creative vision of today's teenagers across the nation through The Scholastic Art & Writing Awards. This community reaches out to emerging young artists and writers who face the growing challenge of sustaining their creative vision within a rapidly evolving society.

Anyone entering this awards program will want to download the Guide to Photographing Your Art Work Digitally which will familiarize you with the requirements for entering your works through this site.

Participants in the awards program will also need to download and read the 2008 Regional Procedures Guide and the national organizations Scholastic Art Awards Submission Guidelines for Oklahoma.
